Team Management
Invite team members and manage roles in your workspace.
The Team page lets you manage who has access to your ZenTalk workspace.
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access. Can manage billing, delete workspace, change roles |
| Admin | Manage agents, calls, phone numbers, and invite members |
| Member | View-only access to agents, calls, and dashboard |
Members List
Shows all active team members:
- Name and Email
- Role badge
- Role selector (Owner only — change a member's role)
- Remove button to revoke access
Inviting Members
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the person's email address
- Select a role (Admin or Member)
- Click Send Invite
The invitee receives an email with a sign-up link. The invitation appears in the Pending Invitations section.
Pending Invitations

| Expires | Time remaining before the invite expires |
| Resend | Send the invitation email again |
Invitations expire after a set period. Use Resend to generate a fresh invite link.
