Team Management

Invite team members and manage roles in your workspace.

The Team page lets you manage who has access to your ZenTalk workspace.

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access. Can manage billing, delete workspace, change roles
AdminManage agents, calls, phone numbers, and invite members
MemberView-only access to agents, calls, and dashboard

Members List

Shows all active team members:

  • Name and Email
  • Role badge
  • Role selector (Owner only — change a member's role)
  • Remove button to revoke access

Inviting Members

  1. Click Invite Member
  2. Enter the person's email address
  3. Select a role (Admin or Member)
  4. Click Send Invite

The invitee receives an email with a sign-up link. The invitation appears in the Pending Invitations section.

Pending Invitations

Invitations expire after a set period. Use Resend to generate a fresh invite link.
