Import Existing Numbers
Import phone numbers from your Plivo account.
Import Tab
The Import Existing tab shows all numbers on your Plivo account that haven't been added to ZenTalk yet.
Number List
| Column | Description |

| Number | Full phone number |
| Alias | Name set in Plivo |
| Type | Local, Toll-Free, or Mobile |
| Region | Geographic region |
| Monthly Cost | Current billing cost |
Numbers already imported show an Imported badge.
Import Process
- Click Import next to any number
- ZenTalk creates the SIP configuration automatically
- Assign an agent to handle inbound calls
- The number appears in your My Numbers tab
Refresh
Click the Refresh button to re-fetch the latest numbers from your Plivo account.
