Getting Started

Quick Start

Create your first AI voice agent in under 5 minutes.

1. Sign Up

Create your ZenTalk account at the dashboard. You'll get a workspace automatically where you can manage agents, calls, and team members.

2. Create an Agent

Navigate to Agents and click New Agent.

Pick a template to get started fast:

  • Maya — Customer support agent
  • Arjun — Sales agent
  • Priya — Receptionist
  • Nisha — Survey agent
  • Kavi — Booking agent

Or choose Blank to start from scratch, or AI Generated to describe what you want.

3. Test with a Web Call

On the agent overview page, click Start Call. Your browser connects to the agent through a real-time audio session:

Your voice → Speech-to-Text → LLM → Text-to-Speech → Audio response

Speak naturally — the agent will respond based on its system prompt and configuration.

4. Review the Call

After hanging up, go to Calls in the sidebar. You'll see your call with:

  • Duration and status
  • Token usage and latency metrics
  • Transcript of the full conversation (if enabled)
  • Recording playback (if enabled)
