Agent Overview

Manage your AI voice agents from the agents dashboard.

The Agents page lists all your voice agents with their current configuration and status.

Agent List

Each agent row shows:

  • Name and avatar
  • LLM provider and model (e.g., OpenAI gpt-4o)
  • STT provider (e.g., Deepgram)
  • TTS provider and voice (e.g., Deepgram aura-2-helena-en)
  • Status — Active (green) or Inactive (gray)

You can sort by any column and search agents by name.

Agent Detail Page

Click an agent to see its overview:

Metrics

  • Total Calls — Lifetime call count
  • Average Duration — Mean call length
  • Success Rate — Percentage of completed calls
  • Active Calls — Currently ongoing calls

Performance Tab

  • Call Volume — 14-day area chart (total, completed, failed)
  • Peak Hours — Hourly call distribution
  • Call Status — Pie chart breakdown
  • Duration Trend — Average duration over time

Calls Tab

  • Filtered call list for this specific agent
  • Filter by status (Active, Completed, Failed)
  • Sortable columns with pagination

Actions

  • Configure — Open the agent configuration page
  • Delete — Permanently remove the agent (requires confirmation)
